NES Principal

 

Greetings NES Eagles, 

 

It is an honor to serve as principal at Northcutt Elementary. I have 15 years of experience in the public school sector ranging from teacher, Academic Coach, Assistant Principal, and principal. I am a native of Madison, GA. I graduated from The University of West Georgia in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Middle Grades Education. I earned my Master of Arts in Teaching from Piedmont College in 2012. I earned my Specialist in Educational Leadership from Georgia College & State University in 2014, and I earned my Educational Doctorate from Kennesaw State University in 2020. 

 

Serving as the principal at Northcutt Elementary is an honor and privilege  that I am elated to take on. My passion for education shows in my actions as a positive, innovative leader geared towards increasing academic achievement and exposing our scholars to greatness. I encourage all stakeholders to join the NES family as we work together to create an environment for our scholars that is supportive, warm, welcoming, and rigorous. 

Our slogan for this year is "Together We Can Soar to Success." This year, we aim to collaborate, communicate, and cultivate (3 C's to Success) a new culture focused on student academic achievement.
