Hello, Hola, Bonjour! I’m Mrs. McGhee, the Lead ESOL Teacher. I started my career in Texas and have taught in Georgia for quite a while now. During my career I’ve worked with students from a variety of countries and backgrounds. I’ve taught students in grades Kindergarten through Fifth grade. I enjoy the exchange of teaching and learning between the teacher and the student. I think an awesome exchange is when the student becomes the teacher and the teacher becomes the student resulting in both parties growing and becoming better. I absolutely enjoy the work that I do and believe that knowledge is power. I think every student deserves a teacher’s best effort because you never know who they’ll become if we give them our best.
